We ship Worldwide.

Are your products in stock?
Every model is handmade and produced individually in Manchester, UK. To reduce waiting times all stadiFRAMES/urbanFRAMES are usually available in stock and ready to ship.

How much does shipping cost?
Only £2.99 for fully insured and tracked shipping across the UK. We use the Royal Mail and whilst it costs us a little more as prices keep rising, we believe our customers shouldn't pay anymore than that for shipping so we've capped it, forever. For outside of UK, Shipping fees depend on the destination country. The amount will be calculated during checkout.

How do I know when my order will arrive?
All orders shipped with Royal Mail in UK and UPS internationally, buyers will receive an estimated delivery date after the order is shipped.

What is the 3D architectural model made of?
We are committed to environmental sustainability and as such our models are manufactured from rigid biodegradable polymer based on natural corn starch. The frame is made from recycled solid painted wood and includes a wall mounting bracket.

Do I need to assemble the product? 
No, every stadiFRAME/urbanFRAME arrives fully assembled ready to place on a coffee table, work desk or to be hung on a wall.

Can I hang my stadiFRAME/urbanFRAME on the wall?
Yes, every model comes with a pre-mounted wall mounting bracket for easy wall hanging.

How do I clean the model?
The models can easily be cleaned just by using a hairdryer for dust removal, simple as that!

How can I get in touch if there is problem with my order?

If for any reason you have a concern to raise regarding your order, be it before or after receiving in the post then contact our enquiries email address info@stadiumframes.com. We will respond and happily discuss your query in a timely manner via that medium.
